Mohammad Rizwan: “I don’t need to play on [the] off-side although if I can play a shot on the leg side from off-stump, I can also play from off-stump to cover”

Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has repeatedly been told by former cricketers that he is playing on the on-side too much.
Kamran Akmal: “In [the] Asia Cup, teams knew Mohammad Rizwan [was] weak on [the] off-side but who are responsible for bringing betterment, why there are six coaches in [the] support staff, they should tell what they are doing”

Kamran Akmal pointed out that fellow Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has an obvious weakness when it comes to playing on the off-side.
Shahid Afridi: “They’ve planned not to bowl him in the middle for Rizwan as he plays good shots towards deep square leg and midwicket. He struggles towards the off-side”

Pakistan great Wasim Akram said opening batsman Sharjeel Khan makes it difficult for himself to score runs at times.
Mohammad Amir on Babar Azam and Virat Kohli: “If you compare Babar with Kohli, I find it difficult bowling to Babar because of his stance because if I take the ball away from him he plays the drive [through the off-side] and if I bring the ball back in, he flicks it [through the on-side]”

Left-arm fast bowler Mohammad Amir has admitted that it is tougher to bowl to Pakistan captain Babar Azam than India skipper Virat Kohli.
Ramiz Raja: “If he can improve his off-side game then he will become a top player. He played a really good innings and showed great footwork. If he stays in form then it solves a lot of problems for Pakistan’s T20 side”
