Pakistan fast bowler Junaid Khan has said there are two key things a person needs to do if they want to bowl at over 80 mph.
He said the first thing is “lots of practice” as by working hard and bowling continually, a person’s speed can gradually increase.
The second thing is “fitness”, which an individual must work on non-stop as having a healthy body is crucial to reaching lightning quick speeds.
