Well-known cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle believes that Pakistan spin-bowling all-rounder Imad Wasim “is not quite the bowler he was”.
Bhogle’s comments come ahead of Pakistan’s series against England, which Imad has been picked for.
Imad featured in one of the two four-day intra-squad practice matches in Derby, but didn’t bowl and only made two runs.
“Imad Wasim is not quite the bowler he was,” Bhogle said on the ICC’s digital show Cricket Inside Out as quoted by Cricket Pakistan.
The Pakistan team is currently in Derby, but will travel to Manchester on August 1 prior to the start of the Test series.
Pakistan are scheduled to play three Tests and three T20 Internationals against England, with the first Test starting on August 5 in Manchester and the T20 series beginning on August 28 at the same venue.
