Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf has made it clear that he does not pay any attention to his critics.
Rauf has repeatedly addressed the criticism he faces after failing to perform in one or two matches, but insists he remains unfazed.
Instead of paying attention to what is being said about him, the 32-year-old said his critics can “carry on and enjoy themselves”.
“I don’t listen to anyone; I never will, nor do I have any desire to. Let them carry on and enjoy themselves,” he was quoted as saying by Khel Shel.
Rauf wasn’t picked for Pakistan’s recent three-Test series against England, where the men in green were demolished 3-0, but he recently confirmed his desire to feature in the longest format again.
Currently, he is featuring in first-class cricket in Pakistan, representing Pakistan Television in the President’s Trophy Grade-I.
In his first match against Oil & Gas Development Company Limited, he took a five-wicket haul.
