Sahibzada Farhan: “It’s not that big a deal to face Jofra Archer. We also have bowlers who clock 140 plus”

Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan has said it is no big deal to face England speedster Jofra Archer, widely regarded as one of the fastest bowlers in the game.
Farhan pointed out that Pakistan have several bowlers capable of consistently hitting speeds of 140 kph or higher.
As a result, the 30-year-old does not see what the big fuss is about when it comes to facing bowlers like Archer.
“It’s not that big a deal to face Jofra Archer. We also have bowlers who clock 140 plus,” he was quoted as saying by A Sports.
Farhan has been in excellent form lately, particularly in the 2026 T20 World Cup, where he finished as the highest run-scorer in the tournament with 383 runs in seven matches, which included two centuries and two fifties, at an average of 76.60 and a strike-rate of 160.25.
Pakistan will now play two Tests against the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago from July 25 to August 6.
They will then travel to England for three Tests from August 19 to September 13.
