Pakistan ODI captain Shaheen Shah Afridi has addressed prior concerns about his bowling speed, saying he has hit 150 kph when bowling and maintains an average speed of 140 kph.
Pakistan pace bowler Mohammad Abbas: “I speak to batters, about how different it is facing me if I’m bowling 128-130 kph than to somebody who bowls 140. They say they don’t really feel too much of a difference. Because my deliveries quicken up off the pitch”

Pakistan seamer Mohammad Abbas has revealed that batsmen “don’t really feel too much of a difference” between his pace of 128 kph to 130 kph and bowlers who bowl at 140 kph.
Ashley Noffke: “In terms of pace, he is aware it has dropped and he has experienced a dip in form. Recovering pace takes time, but we’re building nicely now. We’ve started seeing more balls in the 140 kph range during the West Indies series”
