Pakistan opener Sahibzada Farhan said he feels very confident when the runs are flowing.
Farhan has been in strong form of late, emerging as one of Pakistan’s more consistent performers, particularly in T20Is.
He enjoyed an impressive 2026 Pakistan Super League (PSL) campaign, finishing as the joint fifth-highest run-scorer with 380 runs in 10 matches for Multan Sultans, which included a century and two fifties, at an average of 42.22 and a strike-rate of 166.66.
After that, he featured in Pakistan’s three-match ODI series against Australia and struck 37 runs at an average of 12.33.
“When you score runs, you’re very confident,” Farhan was quoted as saying by ESPNcricinfo.
Pakistan’s next assignment will be a two-Test tour of the West Indies, with both matches taking place in Trinidad and Tobago from July 25 to August 6.
Following this, the men in green will face England in a three-Test series from August 19 to September 13.
