Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf has made it clear that he never doubts his skills, even if he gets hit for runs.
He noted that this is the nature of T20 cricket, where bowlers can bowl well but still concede plenty of runs.
The 31-year-old has been in good form lately, but conceded that he is prone to having bad days here and there.
“In T20s, it depends on the day. Sometimes you bowl well but still get hit. I never doubt my skills. If you have one good day, expect two or three bad ones too,” he was quoted as saying by A Sports.
Rauf recently represented the Lahore Qalandars in the 2025 Pakistan Super League (PSL) and finished as the joint second-highest wicket-taker with 17 wickets in 13 matches at an average of 25.70 and an economy rate of 10.28.
Following PSL 10, he played in Pakistan’s three-match T20I series against Bangladesh and ended up taking one wicket in two games at an average of 59 and an economy rate of 11.80.
The men in green are now touring Bangladesh, but trail 2-0 in the ongoing three-match T20I series, which Rauf was not picked for.
The 3rd T20I between Pakistan and Bangladesh will be held on July 24 in Mirpur.
