Haris Rauf: “I was lucky to get him three times in a row”

Pakistan seamer Haris Rauf has admitted that he was lucky to get Australia big-hitting batsman Glenn Maxwell out three times in a row during the recent ODI series.
Pakistan and Australia played three ODIs and Rauf, who is good friends with Maxwell, got the better of him each time.
The 31-year-old knew how important it was to get Maxwell out early as he is someone who can single-handedly demolish teams.
“I was lucky to get him three times in a row,” Rauf was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.
In the ODIs against Australia, Rauf took 10 wickets, which included a five-wicket haul, at an average of 12.
He continued to dominate in the three-match T20I series, claiming five wickets at an average of 15.40.
Rauf is now in action in Pakistan’s ODI series against Zimbabwe and has picked up one wicket in two games at an average of 62.
The series is tied at 1-1 going into the third ODI on November 28 in Bulawayo.
Once the ODIs are done, Pakistan and Zimbabwe will play three T20Is, with the first game starting on December 1 in Bulawayo.
