Pakistan spinner Sajid Khan has jokingly said that he “might get married again” when asked why he is hiding the fact he already has a wife.
Sajid noted that only limited overs captain Mohammad Rizwan is aware of the fact that he is married.
His comments come after he had a fantastic showing in the three-Test series against England.
The 31-year-old only featured in the second and third Tests, but took 19 wickets, which included two five-wicket hauls, at an average of 21.10.
Thanks to his efforts, the men in green won 2-1, which gave them their first Test series win at home since 2021.
“I might get married again,” Sajid was quoted as saying by Khel Shel on X, formerly known as Twitter.
After the England series, Pakistan took on Australia in a limited overs series and won the ODI leg 2-1 before being crushed 3-0 in the T20Is.
Next up for them will be a white-ball tour of Zimbabwe, where they will play three ODIs and three T20Is from November 24 to December 5.
