Mohammad Kaif: “Naseem Shah is a very good bowler”

Former India batsman Mohammad Kaif has been very impressed with Pakistan seamer Naseem Shah, calling him “a very good bowler”.
Naseem is a key member of the Pakistan pace attack, along with Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf and more recently, Mohammad Amir.
The 21-year-old, who generates plenty of swing when bowling, had a strong showing in the 2024 T20 World Cup, taking five wickets in three games at an average of 14.20 and an economy rate of 5.91.
“Naseem Shah is a very good bowler,” Kaif told Star Sports as quoted by Cricket Pakistan.
Pakistan lost their first two T20 World Cup matches against the United States of America and India before rebounding to defeat Canada and Ireland.
Despite those two victories, they failed to progress to the Super Eights and their campaign came to an end in the group stage.
