Pakistan opener Imam-ul-Haq is unlikely to be banned over allegations that he had affairs with and cheated on several women.

However, it has been reported that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will place a greater emphasis on its Player Education Programme.

Under the programme, cricketers are now expected to be told how to use their social media responsibly in order to avoid becoming embroiled in controversies.

This comes after screenshots of Imam allegedly having affairs with and cheating on seven to eight women over the past six months surfaced.

The photos have since spread like wildfire on social media.

According to cricketpakistan.com.pk, the PCB has completed its initial investigation into the controversy revolving around Imam and could potentially take legal action against those who uploaded the screenshots that allegedly proved he was having affairs with and cheating on numerous women.
