Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed has denied rumours of a rift between him and head coach Mickey Arthur.
Sarfraz’s comments come after Pakistan returned home following their exit from the World Cup on Friday.
Pakistan beat Bangladesh by 94 runs at Lord’s in their last group stage match, but since New Zealand had a better net run rate than them, they advanced to the semi-finals.
This is also not the first time Sarfraz has had to reject speculation of a rift between him and Arthur.
“There’s no truth to the speculations of a rift with Mickey Arthur,” Sarfraz was quoted as saying by PakPassion.
