Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed has revealed that if the team need to play two spinners during any of their World Cup matches, they will pick Shadab Khan and Imad Wasim.
However, Sarfraz also noted that Shoaib Malik, Mohammad Hafeez and Fakhar Zaman are some of the other spin options that can be looked at.
While Malik and Zaman are fit, Hafeez is currently recovering from a second surgery on his fractured thumb.
However, he is confident that he will be fully fit by the middle of this month.
“If two spinners are needed in England, we will have them in the shape of Shadab Khan and then we have Imad Wasim and also Shoaib Malik can also bowl, Hafeez if fit can also bowl, Fakhar Zaman can help as well,” Sarfraz was quoted as saying by PakPassion.

Naming spinners is of no use unless they perform.
What have seen against south africa, new zealand and australia.
Really it was a pathetic performance.
Captain says we were not playing to win or loose but testing new talent.
Dont get angry you people play for money not to give performance.in
Imad wasim.should be the part of the WC19 teamβ¦he increased his form as a bowler he is brillaint but on the other hand he is shinning with the bat also..so se can become a match winner ππππππ
I agree. He is an excellent spinner capable of stopping the flow of runs. His batting is underrated also because he can get runs in very quick time, which would be useful for Pakistan towards the end of the innings.
