Just weeks after the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced that all of the Rajasthan Royals’ home games would be moved from Jaipur to Ahmedabad and Rajkot, the board have revealed that the Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise have been allowed to continue playing in their original city after a deal was struck.
This is the first time the Royals will not be playing all their home games in Jaipur
The Rajasthan Royals have been forced to move all of their home games from Jaipur to Gujarat for the 2013 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to an ongoing dispute between the Rajasthan Cricket Association and the state sports council.
