Shahid Afridi: “He (Shaheen Afridi) has been playing for some time now. You don’t know from where you have to bowl the last over. He has been told many times, he should know these things by now. He has been repeating his old mistakes again and again”

Former Pakistan big-hitter Shahid Afridi has lashed out at his son-in-law, left-arm seamer Shaheen Shah Afridi, for making the same mistakes over and over again when bowling in the death overs.
Shahid noted that Shaheen has been playing international cricket for quite some time now and should be learning from his errors.
Instead, he said, the opposite continues to happen, which he admitted is frustrating to watch.
“He (Shaheen Afridi) has been playing for some time now. You don’t know from where you have to bowl the last over. He has been told many times, he should know these things by now. He has been repeating his old mistakes again and again,” Shahid told Samaa TV as quoted by NDTV.
Shaheen, who is Pakistan’s ODI captain, was not part of the squad for the two-Test series against the West Indies, which finished as a 1-1 draw.
He also failed to make the cut for Pakistan’s tour of England, which will consist of three Tests from August 19 to September 13.
