Pakistan left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi said he has no favourite dismissal as his job is to simply take wickets.
Afridi, who is Pakistan’s ODI captain, has been the men in green’s pace spearhead for quite some time and is renowned for being one of the best new ball bowlers in the game due to his ability to strike in the first over.
Eve though he has dismissed many of the world’s top batsmen, Afridi insisted that “all batters are the same for me”.
“None. All batters are the same for me I just take wickets and do my job,” the 26-year-old was quoted as saying on X.

He then led the men in green in their three-match ODI series against Australia, finishing with seven wickets at an average of 12.14.
However, Afridi was dropped for Pakistan’s upcoming Test tours of the West Indies and England, with the former comprising two Tests in Trinidad and Tobago from July 25 to August 6.
