Kane Williamson: “I loved watching Mohammad Yousuf and Younis Khan”

New Zealand cricketer Kane Williamson revealed he loved watching the Pakistan duo of Younis Khan and Mohammad Yousuf.
Younis is the only Pakistan batsman to have scored 10,000 Test runs, while Yousuf holds the record for the most Test runs scored in a calendar year as he accumulated 1,788 runs in 11 Tests in 2006, which included nine centuries and three fifties, at an unbelievable average of 99.33.
Younis represented Pakistan in 118 Tests and made 10,099 runs, which included 34 centuries and 33 fifties, at an average of 52.05.
He also played 265 ODIs and finished with 7,249 runs, which included seven hundreds and 48 half-centuries, at an average of 31.24.
As for his T20I career, the 48-year-old from Mardan amassed 442 runs in 25 matches, which included two fifties, at an average of 22.10.
In regards to Yousuf, he featured in 90 Tests and scored 7,530 runs, which included 24 centuries and 33 fifties, at an average of 52.29.
The 51-year-old was also involved in 288 ODIs and struck 9,720 runs, which included 15 hundreds and 64 half-centuries, at an average of 41.71.
In T20Is, the Lahore-born batsman ended up with 50 runs in three matches at an average of 16.66.
“I loved watching Mohammad Yousuf and Younis Khan,” Williamson was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.
Many of the Pakistan players recently took part in the Pakistan Super League (PSL), which was won by the Peshawar Zalmi.
The men in green will now tour Bangladesh for two Tests, which will be held in Mirpur and Sylhet from May 8 to 20.
