Pakistan spinner Abrar Ahmed has revealed that he would like to fight former India opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan in a boxing match.
Abrar made the remarks when answering a question about which player he cannot stand.
“I want to box and want Shikhar Dhawan in front of me,” the 27-year-old was quoted as saying by NDTV.
Abrar was just in action for Pakistan in their home series against South Africa.
He did not play in the two-Test series, but took part in the three T20Is, where he took two wickets in two matches at an average of 34 and an economy rate of 8.50.
The Karachi native then proceeded to dominate in the ODI series, claiming seven wickets in two games at an average of 11.42.
Pakistan are now playing a three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka, which they lead 1-0.
After those ODIs, Pakistan will participate in a T20I tri-series with Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe from November 17 to 29.
