Hasan Ali: “My job is to perform, and my wish is to play for Pakistan again. I’m only 30 and still have a lot of cricket left in me”

Pakistan seamer Hasan Ali believes he still has a lot of cricket left in him following his return to the national team.
Hasan played in Pakistan’s three-match T20I series against Bangladesh after putting on a show in the 2025 Pakistan Super League (PSL), where he represented the Karachi Kings.
The 30-year-old from Gujranwala was the joint second-highest wicket-taker in PSL 10 with 17 wickets in 10 matches for the Karachi Kings at an average of 20.47 and an economy rate of 9.03.
Having tasted a lot of success lately, he is determined to keep contributing at the international level and knows he can be an asset for many years to come.
“My job is to perform, and my wish is to play for Pakistan again. I’m only 30 and still have a lot of cricket left in me,” he was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.
Following the PSL, Hasan continued his stellar run of form against Bangladesh as he picked up eight wickets in three T20Is, which included a career-best five-wicket haul, at an average of 11.12 and an economy rate of 9.53.
The men in green won the series 3-0.
