Pakistan batsman Saad Khan: “I want to make a name for myself”

Pakistan batsman Saad Khan has expressed his desire to make a name for himself by continuing to perform at a high level.
Saad has been putting up solid scores in domestic cricket as of late and will no doubt be looking to get on the national selectors’ radar in order to make the leap to the Pakistan team.
In the President’s Trophy Grade-I first-class tournament, he amassed 357 runs in seven matches for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, which included a century and a fifty, at an average of 25.50.
He then proceeded to make 107 runs in three games for Hyderabad Region in the National T20 Cup, which included a top score of 53, at an average of 35.66 and a strike-rate of 155.07.
Having shown plenty of promise, the 25-year-old from Hyderabad is determined to keep piling on the runs.
“I want to make a name for myself,” Saad told PakPassion.
Saad has yet to make his international debut, meaning he was not part of the 2025 Champions Trophy or Pakistan’s limited overs tour of New Zealand.
He also didn’t feature in the 2025 Pakistan Super League (PSL), which the Lahore Qalandars.
Pakistan are currently facing Bangladesh in a three-match T20I series, which they lead 2-0.
The 3rd T20I will be held on June 1 in Lahore.
