Rashid Latif: “Pakistan might even start losing to Bhutan”

Former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif has admitted that the national team “might even start losing to Bhutan” given how badly they have been performing as of late.
The men in green recently hosted New Zealand and South Africa for an ODI tri-series and made it to the final before being beaten by the Black Caps.
After this, they were involved in the 2025 Champions Trophy, where they failed to impress as they went winless and ended up being eliminated in the group stage.
Given the number of losses, along with any major signs of improvement, Latif feels smaller teams might start posing a challenge.
“Pakistan might even start losing to Bhutan,” he was quoted as saying by TOK Sports on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The men in green are currently touring New Zealand for a limited overs series and began in disappointing fashion as they were demolished 4-1 in the T20Is.
Currently, the two teams are involved in a three-match ODI series, which the Black Caps lead 2-0.
The 3rd ODI will take place on April 5 in Mount Maunganui.
