Pakistan mystery spinner Abrar Ahmed said South Africa power-hitter David Miller is the most difficult batsman he has bowled to.

Explaining why, Abrar noted that he has plenty of variations in his arsenal, but Miller ” picks up my deliveries very well”.

As a result, the 26-year-old pointed out that his gameplan when bowling to Miller is to try and build pressure through dot balls.

“Miller has been the most difficult for me to bowl to. He picks up my deliveries very well,” he said on the PCB Podcast as quoted by Cricket Pakistan.

Abrar recently featured in Pakistan’s ODI tri-series against New Zealand and South Africa, and took three wickets in three games at an average of 57.

He is now involved in the 2025 Champions Trophy and claimed one wicket in the opening match against New Zealand, which the men in green lost by 60 runs.

Pakistan’s next match will be against India on February 23 in Dubai.
