Atiq-uz-Zaman on Aaqib Javed: “I told you he will ruin the T20 team”

Former Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Atiq-uz-Zaman said he knew limited overs head coach Aaqib Javed would “ruin the T20 team”.
His comments come after the men in green haven’t registered many positive results in the shortest format.
During their tour of Australia, Pakistan were whitewashed 3-0 in the T20I series.
However, they bounced back on their trip to Zimbabwe, clinching a 2-1 win in the T20Is.
As for their ongoing tour of South Africa, Pakistan failed to impress in the three-match T20I series, losing it 2-0.
Atiq has been less than impressed with Pakistan’s record under Aaqib and remains concerned about how well the team will perform in the future.
“I told you he will ruin the T20 team,” he said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Pakistan and South Africa are now playing a two-Test series, which got underway on December 26 in Centurion.

What other results do you need from the T20I squad. Performance in Zimbabwe was good, the South African series loss was not Aqib Javed but suboptimal batting and bowling.
