Pakistan Test captain Shan Masood was proud of the way the pace trio of Khurram Shahzad, Mir Hamza and Mohammad Ali kept on taking the attack to Bangladesh in the second Test.
The trio kept troubling the Bangladesh batsmen and did their best to try and win Pakistan the match, but their efforts went in vain as the men in green were defeated by six wickets.
Even though Pakistan went on to lose the Test series 2-0, Masood still appreciated the fight and never give up attitude shown by his pace attack.
“Khurram Shahzad and Mir Hamza had attacked along with Mohammad Ali,” he was quoted as saying by Samaa TV.
Shahzad played in both Tests and finished as Pakistan’s highest wicket-taker with nine wickets at an average of 24.44.
