Basit Ali: “Only Khurram Shahzad has bowled brilliantly as was hitting his channels”

Former cricketer Basit Ali believes speedster Khurram Shahzad was the only Pakistan bowler who bowled well in the recent two-match Test series against Bangladesh.
Shahzad was Pakistan’s highest wicket-taker with nine wickets at an average of 24.44
Basit noted what made the 24-year-old from Mandi Bahauddin so effective was the fact that he kept hitting the right lines and lengths.
“Only Khurram Shahzad has bowled brilliantly as was hitting his channels,” he said on his YouTube channel as quoted by Samaa TV.
Even though Shahzad bowled well in the two Tests against Bangladesh, it wasn’t enough to stop Pakistan from losing 2-0.
The men in green will be back in action next month when they take on England in a three-match Test series from October 7 to 28.
