Umar Gul: “One thing is clear [is] that he is a dominant force”

Former Pakistan fast bowler Umar Gul said it is clear that white-ball captain Babar Azam is a “dominant force” as he keeps leading by example with the bat.
Azam has established his reputation as one of the elite batsmen in the world as he has continuously scored runs in all three formats for the past few years.
Recently, the 29-year-old was Pakistan’s highest run-scorer in the 2024 T20 World Cup with 122 runs in four matches at an average of 40.66 and a strike-rate of 101.66
“One thing is clear [is] that he is a dominant force,” Gul told Cricket Pakistan.
Pakistan lost to the United States of America and India in the T20 World Cup before bouncing back to take down Canada and Ireland.
Despite triumphing in those two games, the men in green failed to advance to the Super Eights.
