Mushtaq Ahmed: “His leg-spin and line and length have improved”

Mushtaq Ahmed, the former Pakistan cricketer, said he sees an improvement in Shadab Khan’s leg-spin and the line and length he is bowling.
Shadab has endured a difficult couple of months as he has not been able to take a wicket in international cricket since Pakistan’s five-match T20I series against New Zealand.
The Mianwali native recently featured in the 2024 T20 World Cup, where he went wicketless in four matches. In fact, he didn’t even bowl in Pakistan’s matches against India and Canada.
Despite not being at his best, Mushtaq is glad to see the 25-year-old taking steps in the right direction with his bowling.
“His leg-spin and line and length have improved,” the ex-spinner told Cricket Pakistan.
Pakistan lost to the United States of America and India in the T20 World Cup before rebounding to take down Canada and Ireland.
Even though they triumphed in those two games, it was not enough to earn them a spot in the Super Eights.
