Pakistan all-rounder Aamer Yamin: “I will keep [working hard] and [perform] where I will [get an] opportunity. Hard work always pays off”

Pakistan all-rounder Aamer Yamin has made it clear that he has not given up on his international career and will keep working hard as he believes it will pay off in the future.
Yamin has been a strong performer in domestic cricket, but hasn’t represented his country since January 2018.
Despite more than six years having passed since he donned the Pakistan jersey, the 34-year-old from Multan is determined to keep performing whenever he steps out onto the field in order to land on national selectors’ radar again.
“I will keep [working hard] and [perform] where I will [get an] opportunity. Hard work always pays off,” he said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The men in green recently featured in the 2024 T20 World Cup and began with successive losses to the United States of America and India.
Despite fighting back to beat Canada and Ireland, they ended up being eliminated in the group stage of the tournament.
