Salman Butt: “He (Haris Rauf) has some weird style when he bowls a ball and just sits on his knees with his hand on his head. It is as if he incurred a loss in shares or someone robbed him”

Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt believes fast bowler Haris Rauf acts “weird” at times when conceding so many runs off his over.
Salman noted that it looks as if the 30-year-old “incurred a loss in shares or someone robbed him”.
Rauf has been criticised for leaking a lot of runs when bowling as of late, but in the 2024 T20 World Cup, he did very well, taking seven wickets in four matches at an average of 14.42 and an economy rate of 6.73.
“He (Haris Rauf) has some weird style when he bowls a ball and just sits on his knees with his hand on his head. It is as if he incurred a loss in shares or someone robbed him,” Salman was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.
Pakistan lost their first two T20 World Cup games against the United States of America and India before claiming back-to-back wins over Canada and Ireland.
Even though they ended the group stage with a 2-2 record, the men in green failed to advance to the Super Eights.
