Ramiz Raja: “Two balls are good and then three deliveries are bad, this makes the situation tough”

Former Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Ramiz Raja has slammed the inconsistency of the bowling attack, saying after two good balls are bowled the next three are bad.
Ramiz pointed out that this cannot continue as the men in green will find themselves leaking too many runs.
He added that with the 2024 T20 World Cup right around the corner, Pakistan need to address this problem and ensure their bowlers maintain a good line and length throughout their spells.
“Pakistan’s top bowlers giving away so many runs against Ireland, then it will become hard for the team in [the] future. Pakistan’s forte and success are based on the bowlers, especially pacers, they have been struggling since last year’s World Cup in India. Two balls are good and then three deliveries are bad, this makes the situation tough,” Ramiz said on his YouTube channel as quoted by A Sports.
The Pakistan team recently played a three-match T20I series against New Zealand, which ended as a 2-2 draw.
Afterwards, they played three T20Is against Ireland and triumphed 2-1.
Currently, the men in green are involved in a four-match T20I series against England and are 1-0 down after losing the second game by 23 runs.
Following this, Pakistan will take part in the T20 World Cup, which will be held in the West Indies and United States of America from June 1 to 29.
Pakistan’s first T20 World Cup game will be against the United States of America in Dallas on June 6.
