Pakistan batsman Babar Azam: “I am not satisfied with where I am right now, and there are still more milestones to achieve. When I fail, I talk to many people and learn from my mistakes”

Pakistan batsman Babar Azam has made it clear that he is “not satisfied” with where he is at the moment and insisted that he has many more milestones to break.
Azam has already rewritten the record books on numerous occasions, but his form has declined over the past few months.
This has been a thorn in the side for the men in green as the 29-year-old is one of their go-to run-scorers in all three formats.
Addressing the rough patch he currently finds himself in, Azam noted that he has been talking to “many people” and trying to learn from the mistakes he has been making.
“I am not satisfied with where I am right now, and there are still more milestones to achieve. When I fail, I talk to many people and learn from my mistakes,” he was quoted as saying by Cricket Pakistan.
Azam recently played in Pakistan’s three-match Test series against Australia, but only managed to make 126 runs at an average of 21.
He fared a lot better in the five-match T20I series against New Zealand as he finished with 213 runs, which included three fifties, at an average of 42.60 and a strike-rate of 142.
Currently, Azam is captaining the Peshawar Zalmi in the 2024 Pakistan Super League (PSL) and has made scores of 68, 72 and 31.
