All-rounder Bilawal Bhatti, left-arm seamer Mohammad Irfan and pace bowler Rahat Ali are reportedly being considered for Pakistan’s tour of Australia.
All three could be picked as bowlers for the tour, according to the Business Recorder.
Bhatti has enjoyed a lot of success in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, where he plays for Southern Punjab.
The 28-year-old, who last played for Pakistan in May 2015, scored 57 against Balochistan and took a four-wicket haul against Sindh.
Irfan, who is also representing Southern Punjab and has not played international cricket since September 2016, has been in decent form.
As for Rahat Ali, whose last international game came in May 2018, he too has been playing for Southern Punjab and took a four-for in the team’s match against Sindh.
Imran Khan Sr and Samin Gul are two other names in the mix for the tour of Australia, which will consist of three Twenty20 Internationals from November 3 to 8, and two Tests from November 21 to December 3.
