Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur has issued a warning to all the other teams, saying his side “will be ready for the World Cup when it starts”.
Arthur’s comments come after Pakistan were beaten 4-0 in their five-match ODI series against England.
Despite this, he reiterated that his side will be prepared for the tournament, where they will be looking give it their all in order to make the people of Pakistan proud.

“My players always play and give their all for Pakistan’s 210 million people. We will be ready for the World Cup when it starts,” Arthur was quoted as saying by Saj Sadiq on Twitter.
Pakistan will play two World Cup warm-up games against Afghanistan and Bangladesh in Bristol and Cardiff on May 24 and 26 respectively.
They will then begin their World Cup campaign against the West Indies in Nottingham on May 31.
