Former Pakistan skipper Ramiz Raja believes that young seamer Mohammad Hasnain will give England “shock therapy” during the upcoming limited overs series.
Pakistan will play a one-off Twenty20 International and five ODIs against England, which will run from May 5 to 19.
Hasnain was picked ahead of left-arm seamers Mohammad Amir and Usman Khan Shinwari when Pakistan announced their World Cup team earlier this month.
The 19-year-old made his international debut in the recent five-match ODI series against Australia, where he took two wickets in three games at an average of 78.
Speaking about Hasnain, Ramiz was quoted as saying by the Business Recorder that he will “give shock therapy with his pace and would not be a bad inclusion against England”.
