Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur has admitted that Faheem Ashraf has the potential to become “a really good all-rounder” as he is continuously getting better.
Faheem is in Pakistan’s squad for the World Cup, and is expected to play a vital role during the tournament as he is one of the genuine all-rounders in the team.
However, even though the 25-year-old has only played a few games as of late, Arthur is highly impressed with the way in which he is improving his game.
“Faheem has got better and better over the last couple of years, he’s working on becoming a really good all-rounder,” Arthur was quoted as saying by PakPassion.
Pakistan will begin their World Cup campaign against the West Indies in Nottingham on May 31.
