Pakistan pace bowler Mohammad Asif has revealed that he will look to start a career in coaching once he retires from cricket.
Asif is currently 36 and has not played for Pakistan since he was banned for five years for his involvement in a spot-fixing scandal that rocked the cricketing community back in 2010.
He revealed that he plans to participate in the coaching courses organised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) in order to take the necessary steps towards beginning a coaching career.
“I plan on taking coaching courses arranged by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), as I seriously want to pursue this field,” he told cricketpakistan.com.pk.
