Australia batsman Chris Lynn suffered yet another shoulder injury while fielding during the T20 tri-series final against New Zealand in Auckland on Wednesday.
Lynn was diagnosed with a dislocated right shoulder after he fell awkwardly while fielding at midwicket in the ninth over of New Zealand’s innings.
While his shoulder has been put back into place, it has been confirmed that he will remain off the field for the remainder of New Zealand’s innings.
The 27-year-old underwent surgery on his left shoulder prior to making his comeback in the Big Bash League (BBL).
His injury will also have the Kolkata Knight Riders worried as they bought him for INR 9.6 crores at the Indian Premier League (IPL) auction last month.
