Trinidad and Tobago Red Steel captain Dwayne Bravo smashed an unbeaten 49 and took two wickets to lead his side into the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) semi-finals.
Bravo was well supported by opener Jacques Kallis, who made 61 not out as the Red Steel beat the Jamaica Tallawahs by seven runs.
Opting to bat first, the Red Steel kept losing wickets at regular intervals before Kallis and Bravo amassed an unbeaten 69-run partnership, during which Kallis brought up his half-century, to help their side finish on 145/3 off their 20 overs.
Kallis ended up making 61 off 51 balls, which included five boundaries and two sixes, while Bravo remained undefeated on 49 off 30 deliveries, which included two boundaries and three sixes.

Jerome Taylor and Andre Russell picked up one wicket apiece.
Chasing 146 to win, most of the Tallawahs batsmen were unable to have a major impact, but their small contributions, along with Russell’s quickfire 36, was just not enough to get them to their target.
Samuel Badree was the most successful bowler with three wickets, while Bravo and Sulieman Benn snapped up two wickets apiece and Derone Davis and Kevon Cooper claimed one wicket each.
Bravo was named Man of the Match.
