Gayle is not in the list of centrally contracted players for the 2014-15 season

West Indies opener Chris Gayle and spinner Sunil Narine have refused to sign central contracts for the 2014-15 season.
It is also understood that all-rounder Kieron Pollard hasn’t been offered a central contract since he has been in and out of the national team.
The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) confirmed which players would receive a central contract during a meeting in Antigua on Saturday.
“Selection for central retainer contracts was done on the basis of player performance in the various formats, with Test cricket being the premier format followed by one-day internationals and twenty20 internationals,” the WICB said in a release.
List of contracted players: Sulieman Benn, Kraigg Brathwaite, Darren Bravo, Dwayne Bravo, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Jason Holder, Denesh Ramdin, Kemar Roach, Andre Russell, Darren Sammy, Marlon Samuels, Jerome Taylor
