Sri Lanka spinner Sachithra Senanayake and New Zealand part-time off-spinner Kane Williamson have both been allowed to bowl in international matches again after their actions were cleared by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

Senanayake, who was banned from bowling in July, rectified his action and had it re-tested at Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai last month.

Williamson also had his action re-tested at Sri Ramachandra University after being banned in July.

The ICC stated that both bowlers were well within the 15-degree flex limit for every single one of their deliveries.

If Senanayake or Williamson had failed the test, they would have been banned from bowling for one year.
