West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo has returned as ODI captain for the upcoming series against Bangladesh, which gets underway later this month.

Bravo has not played any international cricket ever since he sustained a shoulder injury while representing the Chennai Super Kings in this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL).

The other additions to the ODI squad are flamboyant opener Chris Gayle, all-rounder Kieron Pollard and pace bowler Kemar Roach.

It was also announced that the opening duo of Kieran Powell and Dwyane Smith, along with all-rounder Marlon Samuels, have been dropped for the series.
