Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) have announced that the Super Fours tournament is scheduled to get underway on June 27 and end on July 2.

The teams involved in the tournament will be Tamil Union, Moors Sports Club, Nondescripts Cricket Club and Colombo Cricket Club.

All matches will be played at the Sinhalese Sports Club.

“The T20 World Champion team players will participate, while giving an opportunity for the up and coming cricketers to play and interact with them,” tournament director Ajit Jayasekara said.

According to sources, Australia spinner Ashton Agar, who is half Sri Lankan, will be playing for Tamil Union, while fellow Australian spinner James Muirhead will be representing Moors Sports Club.
