Pakistan left-arm seamer Mohammad Amir has vowed to make his presence felt with the ball at the World Cup in order to repay the faith to everyone who constantly supported him.

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) have called on the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to pay them USD 30,000 for having to hire an aeroplane to fly the national team back home after they were attacked by armed insurgents in Lahore in March 2009.
