Sri Lanka Test captain Dimuth Karunaratne was arrested for drink-driving on Sunday morning in Colombo after getting into an accident that put the driver of a three-wheeler in hospital with minor injuries.
Clarke does not want to see any of his players succumb to long-term injuries
