The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has banned former Rajasthan Royals off-spinner Ajit Chandila for life for his involvement in the 2013 Indian Premier League (IPL) spot-fixing scandal.

Former India captain Sourav Ganguly has been drafted into the Mudgal committee, which is in charge of investigating allegations of match-fixing and corruption in the Indian Premier League (IPL).
