Pakistan fast bowling sensation Ali Raza has made it clear that he intends to represent his country in all three formats of the game.

Many have tipped the 18-year-old to make his international debut soon, especially after his performances for the Under-19 team and the Peshawar Zalmi in the recent season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

In the ICC Under-19 World Cup, he was the joint third-highest wicket-taker with 13 wickets in five matches at an average of 13.92.

He continued to impress in PSL 11, claiming 10 wickets in five games for the Zalmi at an average of 16.80 and an economy rate of 9.78.

“I aim to play for Pakistan in all three formats and carve out my own identity in cricket,” Raza told Geo News.

The men in green are now involved in a two-Test series against Bangladesh, which began on May 8 in Mirpur.

The 2nd Test will take place in Sylhet from May 16 to 20.
