Pakistan T20I captain Salman Ali Agha said people underestimate spin-bowling all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz.
He noted that Nawaz is deceiving good, especially with the bat, as he has contributed a number of handy knocks lower down the order.
During the T20I tri-series against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Afghanistan, the 31-year-old scored 120 runs at an average of 30 and a strike-rate of 133.33.
He also snapped up 10 wickets, which included a career-best five-wicket haul, at an average of 11.70 and an economy rate of 6.88.
“People underestimate him. As a batsman, he looks complete,” Salman was quoted as saying by PakPassion on X, formerly known as Twitter.
