Pakistan seamer Hasan Ali knows he can still have a long and successful international career as he is “still young” and believes his abilities as a bowler.

Hasan has experienced a resurgence in form and is now reaping the rewards as he has been taking plenty of wickets.

During the 2025 Pakistan Super League (PSL), the 31-year-old was the joint second-highest wicket-taker with 17 wickets in 10 matches for the Karachi Kings at an average of 20.47 and an economy rate of 9.03.

“I’m still young and believe in my ability,” the Gujranwala native was quoted as saying by A Sports.

Having dominated in PSL 10, Hasan was recalled to the national team for the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh in Lahore.

He featured in all three games and picked up eight wickets, which included a career-best five-wicket haul, at an average of 11.12 and an economy rate of 9.53.

The men in green won the series 3-0.

Pakistan will now embark on a tour of Bangladesh, where they will play three T20Is in Mirpur from July 20 to 24.

Hasan was not selected for the upcoming three T20Is against Bangladesh as he is currently playing for the Birmingham Bears in the Vitality Blast.
