I cannot understand what he says, Sikandar Bakht slams Pakistan player for not speaking well

Sikandar Bakht said he cannot understand what Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan says when he speaks

Sikandar Bakht: “Whenever he speaks, I am not able to understand what he says. A person who cannot speak or express himself, what sort of a captain would he be? We have seen his captaincy on the field”

Former Pakistan seamer Sikandar Bakht has criticised ODI captain Mohammad Rizwan for not being able to speak well, saying “I am not able to understand what he says”.

Bakht noted that this makes him question how good of a captain Rizwan is as he “cannot speak or express himself”.

Pakistan haven’t been living to expectations lately as they recently hosted an ODI tri-series against New Zealand and South Africa, where they made it to the final before losing to the Black Caps.

Following this, they featured in the 2025 Champions Trophy and were eliminated in the group stage. To make matters worse, they failed to win a single game throughout their campaign.

“Whenever he speaks, I am not able to understand what he says. A person who cannot speak or express himself, what sort of a captain would he be? We have seen his captaincy on the field,” Bakht told Geo News as quoted by Sports Tak.

Pakistan are now taking on New Zealand in a white-ball series and were battered 4-1 in the T20Is.

The two sides will now play three ODIs, with the first match getting underway on March 29 in Napier.
